Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using TikPipe (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. TikPipe is a content scheduling and publishing tool for TikTok creators and social media managers, developed by Stephanie Losert.
2. Permitted Use
TikPipe is designed for use by TikTok content creators and social media managers who wish to automate their video publishing workflow. Users must authorize the app with their own TikTok account via the OAuth 2.0 flow. Each user may only manage TikTok accounts they are personally authorized to act on behalf of through the application.
3. TikTok API Compliance
TikPipe uses TikTok's official API in accordance with TikTok's Developer Agreement and Policy. The App accesses only the minimum required data and scopes necessary to perform its functions:
user.info.basic — to verify account identity post-authorization
video.publish — to publish video content directly to the creator's own account (private-only until the App has passed TikTok's audit)
video.upload — to upload video drafts to the creator's own Creator Inbox for manual review
No content is published or made public without content the account owner explicitly submitted through the App, and no content is made publicly visible before the App has completed TikTok's audit process.
4. Intellectual Property
All content uploaded through TikPipe is owned by and the sole responsibility of the account owner. TikPipe makes no claim to any content processed through the application.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
TikPipe is provided “as is”. The developer makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's reliability, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stephanie Losert shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of TikPipe, including but not limited to data loss or account suspension.
7. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
For consumers residing in the European Union: mandatory consumer protection provisions of the respective EU member state remain unaffected.
Otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, excluding its conflict of law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
